The grain markets finished the week sharply higher in one of the more bullish weeks of the entire marketing year. For the week, wheat prices gained more than 18-cents. Corn prices rocketed 18 to 21-cents higher. Soybean futures gained 27 to 44-cents. Soybean meal gained $4.30 per ton. Cotton futures were 23-cents lower.

In livestock, fed cattle futures gained 80-cents. Feeder cattle closed 60-cents lower. Lean hog futures finished the week $2.28 cents lower.

In the financials, COMEX gold finished $1.00 higher per ounce. The Euro gained 67-basis points against the dollar. And the CRB finished the week just a hair higher to close at 207.30.
