The grain markets finished the week higher as the trade continued to track the poor condition of the US wheat crop and concerns about delayed development of the corn crop. For the week, wheat prices were 11-cents higher. Corn prices gained seven and-and-a-half cents. Soybean futures improved seven to eleven cents. Soybean meal closed the week $2.60 lower per ton.

Cotton futures were 56-cents higher.

In livestock, fed cattle futures gained 82-cents. Feeder cattle gained 78-cents. The lean hog contract gained $2.60.

In the financials, COMEX gold closed 11.80 lower per ounce. The Euro finished 102-basis points lower against the dollar. And, the CRB index finished the week down more than three points to close at 210.80.
