The grain markets finished the week under pressure as more sellers than buyers showed up in the pits of Chicago. For the week, wheat prices were down more than two cents. Corn prices were down six cents.

Old crop soybeans closed six cents lower. New crop beans however gained more than three cents. Soybean meal finished $2.40 lower per ton. Cotton futures finished 17-cents lower.

In livestock, fed cattle gained 88-cents. Feeder cattle gained seven cents. The lean hog contract finished the week $3.32 lower. In the financials, COMEX gold closed 50-cents lower per ounce. The Euro was down 128-basis points lower against the dollar. And, the CRB index finished the week a point lower to close at 215.
