Nebraska Group Adds Livestock Videos to Web Site

LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) - Videos of livestock operations have been added to the new Web site of the Alliance for the Future of Agriculture in Nebraska.

The videos' topics including how animals are cared for and how producers protect the environment and support their communities.

Alliance field director Roger Berry says the videos offer Nebraskans a chance to get to know real Nebraska farm families.

The five videos highlight livestock farmers involved in the Prairieland Dairy near Firth and Ranchland Pork near Osceola.

The alliance was formed in 2006 by Nebraska producer organizations to support the expansion of responsible livestock production across the state.
