Hmmm. How many isoflavons in these walnuts?

Ever wonder about the nutrient content of certain foods? Well wonder no more. The USDA is making its National Nutrient Data Bank available to the public on the internet. The department's "Nutrient Data Base for Standard Reference" contains information on 100 nutrients in each of 7,300 foods.

And now this body of knowledge can travel with you by downloading it to a handheld personal digital assistant or P-D-A. The download will provide consumers access to the data base as they shop or dine.
