In planning for the upcoming year, Iowa Public Television is facing fewer resources than in years past. These budget constraints have led the network to discontinue the hosted segments on Sci-Fi Saturday Night. The science fiction programming you tune in for every week will remain, but without Mike Frisbie as Saturday night host.

We are grateful to Mike for his service to the network and to the viewers, and appreciate the enthusiastic viewer involvement with Sci-Fi Saturday Night. We look forward to continuing to serve our viewers with unique programming like Doctor Who and Red Dwarf.
