Ciao Italia

L'ora Della Merenda - Snack Time (#1312)

Mary Ann rolls up her sleeves, puts on her apron and goes to work with master baker Horatio Garcia at Scialo Brother's Bakery in Providence, RI. Together they create three great Tuscan snacks; Schiacciata alla Horatio (Horatio's Flatbread), sweet and savory Rosemary-Currant Rolls, and finally, Crescentine Salate (Fried Dough Bites) which are a snap to make, a "crunch" to eat, and you can't stop with just one.
