Cucina Ebraica di Ferrara - Jewish Cooking of Ferrara (#1407)

Mary Ann visits Ferrara, Italy, a Jewish sanctuary created by the d' Este Family for persecuted Jews during the Spanish Inquisition and where it later became a center for banking and commerce. Then she goes nella cucina to re-create classic Kosher Jewish recipes featuring pasta and squash, with chef Walter Potenza, owner of Aquaviva Restaurant in Providence, Rhode Island.
