There is nothing better than cooking on the grill except doing all of your cooking on the grill, and that's what David Piccerelli does when he invites Mary Ann over to his backyard for a perfect summer's day meal starting with Stuffed Littleneck Clams, then Fresh Cod in Tomato Sauce and Grilled Potato Planks, and for dessert, what else?
