One of the most passionate golfing countries in the world (for its size), the south of England offers a multitude of golfing experiences. Having jetted in, adventure golfer Ian Cross, heads straight for the famous Stoke Park Club, a classic English country estate that served as the setting for the James Bond film, Goldfinger. Just off the mainland lies the scenic Isle of Purbeck Golf Club, providing a stern test for the high-handicap golfer. A detour to London offers golf with a difference: a city basement with state-of-the-art simulators. One of the traditional homes of the Open Championship lies on the Kent coastline, where Cross confronts the world's tallest bunker at the legendary Royal St. George's Golf Club.

Program Description: Adventure Golf is an entertaining new series from the producers of the travel series Globe Trekker. In six 30-minute episodes, host Ian Cross travels around the globe to play a few rounds on some of the world's most celebrated courses. Cross visits a variety of countries, including Scotland, South Africa, Japan and the United States to explore the culture, geography and local attractions each destination offers.
