In this episode the employees of the cafe plan a surprise party to celebrate Brashov's sixty-fifth birthday. Confusion results in trying to convince him that there is no party. The episode ends with Brashov reconciling with his estranged daughter at the party. The "Word Play" segment illustrates how to make, accept, and reject invitations. "Culture Clips" looks at taxes, their purpose and importance.
