The Feast of the Gods (#136)

The "Feast of the Gods" was painted in 1514 by Giovanni Bellini, one of the masters of the Italian Renaissance. But the picture was drastically altered and repainted by another great artist, Titian. Filmed on location in Italy, this program probes the past and uses technology to reveal the underlying structure of the painting. [27 minutes] Closed Captioning
