Supernatural Science

King Arthur (#203)

In the summer of 1998 a team of archaeologists digging at Tintagel in Cornwall, England, uncovered an 20 cm piece of slate. It had a few barely visible words scratched on it, yet it unleashed a wave of controversy. Could this be the final proof that the legendary King Arthur was not a myth, but a real king? Using archaeology, literary expertise and analysis of the stories of King Arthur, this film uncovers the truth behind one of England’s most heroic figures. Far from being a medieval king who ruled all England in a Golden Age, it seems that if Arthur existed at all, he was a brutal but successful general living in Dark Age Britain.
