Program Description: LA PLAZA - MARIA HINOJOSA: ONE-ON-ONE features journalist and author Maria Hinojosa's provocative, in-depth interviews with America's foremost Latino artists, writers, journalists, educators, and political and civic leaders. This season, LA PLAZA broadens its scope to feature a more diverse group of guests, including journalist and civil rights activist Helen Zia, philosopher and author Kwame Anthony Appiah, actor and art collector Cheech Marin and Southern Poverty Law Center's Mark Potok.
