Program Description: Explore the remarkable ways horses touch our lives. Hosted by nationally renowned horse trainer Dennis.
"Saddle Up with Dennis Brouse" celebrates the relationship between horse and human. Whether you own a horse or just love to watch them in the movies, all humans have a storied partnership with this magnificent animal. "Saddle Up" showcases everything from training tips for horse owners to trail rides for recreational riders. Dennis has been working with horses and horse owners for many years, developing a powerful training technique that is safe, easy and requires far less time than other methods. He's the equivalent of Monte Roberts, the Horse Whisperer. Each episode will involve a specific training question or situation addressed by Dennis with the horse's owner. Dennis' methods are differentiated through their ease of application, gentleness for the horse, and effectiveness for the recreational rider. As Dennis teaches the owner and the audience his methods throughout the episode, vignettes addressing viewers' broader fascination with the horse lifestyle and horse mystique are presented. As The Horse Whisperer demonstrated, there is a strong appetite for content that unveils the relationships that abound between man and domestic animals. "Saddle Up with Dennis Brouse" is more than simply a how-to series, it is a chance to better understand one such relationship.
