• Heaven and Earth: Mass on the Celtic Journey

  In this concert, composer-conductor Ben Allaway tells the tales of Celtic figures from history, legend and some of his own ancestors. Nine musical stories, sung by 220 voices, are further illustrated in dance. Noted Irish musician Tommy Sands and his children also add their magical touch to the event. Told against the landscape of the Latin Mass, Heaven & Earth: Mass on the Celtic Journey, stimulates the viewers’ senses with its grace and beauty leaving them with a deeper understanding of the struggles and joys of many of our ancestors.
