Series Description: Classes studying human anatomy will find this series useful in providing information about basic anatomy, physiology, chemistry, and mechanics of the various body systems. Heart surgeon Dr. Mark Reisman describes the anatomy and function of each body system through live-action video, photos, medical imaging, and realistic 3-D animation. The evolutionary development of each body system is also discussed. Cadaver dissections are used to point out structures and organs associated with each system.
