In this episode of "Sesame Street" Snuffy is preparing to play a cloud in some kind of play. His mother has made him a cloud costume and she allows him to wear it all day with the assurance that he will not get it dirty. Snuffy, Big Bird, Chad, Lonnie and Andrew spend the afternoon playing games that they would normally play and modify them so that Snuffy will not get dirty. When he does acidentally get his costume dirty, he is honest with his mom and she tells him that she is not mad because accidents happen and his honesty is what is important. The letter of the day is "L" and the number is "6." Patti LeBelle helps the whole gang sing their "ABC's." And on "Elmo's World" Elmo is thinking about babies and how to play with them.
