Big Bird is waiting for Snuffy because they have planned to have a play date. They planned to meet where they always meet, next to the tree on Sesame Street. Snuffy is late and Big Bird begins to wonder, maybe he is at the wrong tree? Big Bird tries the other tree, but Snuffy is not there either. Big Bird decides to sing while he waits and as he starts to la-la Snuffy appears behind him. As it turns out, they had actually planned a play date for tomorrow so they decide to stand together and wait until tomorrow comes. They find lots of various ways to keep busy while waiting.
