Anastasia Dead Or Alive? (#2209)

Shortly after midnight on July 17, 1918, in the town of Ekaterinburg in the Ural Mountains, Bolshevik guards executed deposed Tsar Nicholas II, his family, doctor and servants. Questions about this chilling assassination continue to circulate: primarily, did princess Anastasia escape the massacre? NOVA examines the claims by Anna Anderson and her supporters that she was the missing Anastasia and follows the dramatic unfolding of scientific evidence.
