Antiques Roadshow

Greenwich, Connecticut (#113)

In Greenwich, Connecticut, Antiques Roadshow experts look forward to a variety of exciting items brought in from homes all around Connecticut's "Gold Coast" -- Fairfield County. Host Chris Jussel visits the Bush-Holley House, built in 1732, headquarters and emblem of the Greenwich Historical Society. Perhaps one of the most renowned country towns in America, Greenwich has a history dating back over three-and-a-half-centuries, from its beginnings as a fishing and farming community to its more recent history as a distinguished suburb of New York City. At the Old Greenwich Civic Center, appraisers look at a wide variety of objects, including a 60-year-old Yankee home run baseball and an unusual collection of European maps.
