Secaucus, Nj Part One (#201)

More than an extension of New York City, Secaucus, New Jersey has a historic past of its own. In this episode of 'Antiques Roadshow,' host Chris Jussel joins his team of appraisers to view the antiques, relics and rarities of northern New Jersey. The appraisals include items from documents written by Ernest Hemingway to an electric pencil invented by Thomas Edison. Also featured is a trip to the Craftsman Farms, for a look at the foremost collection of furnishings from the arts and crafts period; tips on identifying the authenticity of tortoise shell, ivory, silk and Asian lacquers; and a variety of African-American memorabilia.
