Antiques Roadshow

Denver, Colorado, Hour Two - Denver Convention Complex (#510)

From the Black American West Museum in downtown Denver, Colorado, host Dan Elias helps set the record straight about the number of African Americans who worked as cowboys, rodeo showmen, marksmen, and medical pioneers on the Western frontier. Back at the Denver Convention Complex, ROADSHOW appraisers discover a wealth of historical treasures, including a rosewood baseball bat from the pre-professional baseball era, a turn-of-the-century cast-iron bank, and an extensive collection of documents from one of Colorado's great nineteenth-century mining towns, valued at $40,000 to $60,000.
