ANTIQUES ROADSHOW travels west to Sacramento, California, where ROADSHOW host Dan Elias visits Sutter's Fort, giving viewers a Sacramento history lesson that includes tales of gold fever, cattle rustling and colonization of Mexican land. Appraisers uncover a wealth of noteworthy items at the Sacramento Convention Center, including an 1864 campaign poster supporting the Union ticket of Abraham Lincoln and Andrew Johnson, a Kachina doll given to the owner's father by Navajo and Hopi Indians, and a Marion Kavenaugh Wachtell painting, bought at a church bazaar as a vacation memento, now valued at $30,000 to $40,000.
