KNOWN ISSUES

While we have tried hard to ensure a quality product, due to a great deal of variances in DVD technology, you may experience some problems with This Old Statehouse DVD.

As we discover known issues we will post them here. We encourage you to report any problems you experience with your copy of This Old Statehouse to bryan@iptv.org.

  • Some computer models do not support the main program scene selection option. All scene selections take you to the beginning of the first scene.
  • Some players may experience an absence of audio during playback of videos. However, audio is heard on main title screen. Here are some of the DVD models reported to have this problem:
    - TOSHIBA SD-1600
    - SONY DVP-S7000
    - MARANTZ DVD-810
  • Subtitles on Apple DVD Player v2.2 or v2.7 are not accessible from the This Old Statehouse on-screen subtitle interface. The subtitle button on the controller does work. Or, you can go into Preferences and select English or Spanish subtitles.
