Video: The Best of Old-Time Country Music
Best of Old-Time Country Music programs air nationally and internationally. A variety of traditional music is performed for a studio audience: bluegrass, old-time country, Irish, Western, and old-time folk. Performers from around the country are featured performing their hits as well as those of our great-grand parents. A genuinely unplugged, mostly acoustic music format brings an authentic feeling to the programs.
Past performers have included Jim and Jesse McReynolds, Ralph Stanley, Ricky Skaggs, Grandpa Jones, Jay Ungar, David Holt, LeRoy Troy, John Hartford, Jimmy Martin, Don Edwards, The Sons of the San Joaquin, Cherish the Ladies, The Bill Sky Family, Norman and Nancy Blake, Bryan Bowers, Kenny Baker and Josh Graves, and many others.
