Need to Know's new segment, "The Watch List," keeps track of the consequences of decades of deregulation and industries that are relied upon to police themselves. Its first report is on disturbing cases of elder abuse and neglect in adult family homes -- small residential care facilities that receive much less oversight than traditional nursing homes.
