World Business: They call it the "middle income trap", when a successful developing country finds itself unable to take the next step to becoming a high-income nation. Malaysia is a successful middle income country, but its government has set its sights on becoming a developed nation by 2020 and has just unveiled an ambitious road map to achieve that goal.
