Hopi basketweaver, Jessica Lometewama is a member of the Badger clan born In Williams, Arizona. She began weaving after her marriage to poet, Ramson Lometewama, while living in Hotevilla. Many of the plaques and baskets she creates are used in traditional Hopi ceremonies. Her work is rooted in the Hopi culture; her designs are expressions of the Hopi way of life.
