World Business: Australia is counting the cost of the twin impact of the floods in Queensland and the biggest cyclone in its history. The natural disasters have hammered the economy and Australia's record of 20 years recession-free might be in jeopardy. But the country's Finance Minister, Federal Treasurer Wayne Swan remains positive. Reporter: Heather Scott
