Broadcast Date: Apr. 29, 2011
World Business: As the nuclear crisis in Japan continues, it is taking its toll; not only on the local residents, but on nuclear programmes around the world. India is a prime example, with ambitious plans to increase nuclear power from 3 to 40% of energy supply by 2050. But this may now be derailed by farmers resisting land acquisition, and concerns over the safety of nuclear technology. Reporter: Karan Singh
