Addressing Congress, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu on Tuesday insisted Israel is ready to seek peace with the Palestinians, and for the first time acknowledged that Israel would give up some West Bank settlements for a deal, but said that he will not accept "indefensible" 1967 boundaries.
