World Business: Every year Formula One brings in new rules and regulations. This year is no exception and the introduction of movable rear wings, along with the return of an energy retention system have been among the major changes. However the most significant rule change involves the tyres and for the company charged with providing those tyres, that's presented not just an enormous challenge, but a sizeable risk.
