World Business: The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe or PACE is an international body that aims bring stability to a geographically large and culturally diverse region. Its main area of focus is the promotion of democracy and human rights, a role it has fulfilled since its formation shortly after the end of the Second World War. Since then Europe itself has changed drastically demanding the organization to change with it. Reporter: Eckart Sager
