World Business: The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe or PACE is an international body that aims bring stability to a geographically large and culturally diverse region. Its main area of focus is the promotion of democracy and human rights, a role it has fulfilled since its formation shortly after the end of the Second World War.
