An outgoing Governor has given his last Condition of the State message. The oath of office has been affirmed by a new Governor. And the 82cd General Assembly, now controlled by Democrats, is actively working a new legislative agenda.
On the January 12 edition of Iowa Press a group of experienced statehouse reporters will examine how the change in leadership might change Iowa.
