Morgan Stanley (NASDAQ: NBXH) (NYSE: MS) Smith Barney has turned bearish. The firm told clients today it's putting more money into safe havens like cash. Here's the new asset allocation for a moderate risk investor -- 30 percent in stocks, 37 percent in bonds, 7 percent now in cash and 26 percent in alternative investments.
