Engineer, Martha Garcia-Wegener, teaches students about her role in as an engineer in an environmental effects testing lab. She teaches students how altitude, temperature and humidity interact and effect avionic equipment. She shows how tests in the environmental lab can simulate these effects to ensure equipment functions properly. This video is targeted at students in grades 6-8.
