After suffering a setback earlier this year, when the Supreme Court ruled the women of Wal-Mart could not file a national gender discrimination class action suit, lead plaintiff Betty Dukes has filed her case in a California court. She spoke to Bonnie Erbe recently about what motivates her to keep fighting.
