A lawmaker in Tehran claimed Iran's supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, had received a letter from President Obama containing threats and an offer of new talks Wednesday. Margaret Warner reports on the rising tension between the two countries, as well as the allusion to military confrontation.
