April 1, 1991 saw a new page in the state's history as the first riverboat gambling facility opened on the Iowa side of the Mississippi River. But the industry in Iowa has changed. Gambling money is still coming into the state's coffers, but at what cost? Have we saturated the market with gambling?
Discussion Guests are: Davenport Mayor Bill Gluba and Mary Ellen Chamberlin - President of Riverboat Development Auth ority.
Our News Analysts are: Mark Ridolfi, Editorial Page Editor/Quad City Times, and John Beydler, QC Online editor, columnist/The (Moline) Dispatch/The Rock Island Argus.
