Yoga's quiet and precise movements focus a person's mind less on their
busy day and more on the moment at hand. The balance, concentration and
breathing techniques required to move the body through the poses can
lead to relaxation and stress relief. In this video, Maggie Rooney of
Firehouse Yoga Studio in Des Moines takes us through three yoga poses
she says are good for both the body and the mind.
