Researchers at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics are
learning that stress and how we react to it may be a greater risk
factor for heart problems than even high blood pressure and high
cholesterol. Their approach suggests that the self-awareness that comes
from meditation and yoga can help to identify stressors, a positive
step toward stress reduction.
