This Week: News Panel: California Primary, UC Davis Pepper Spray Report, and more | PBS
Duration: 16:48
Will Republican voter turnout drop in the California June primary now that Rick Santorum has ended his bid for the GOP presidential nomination and cleared the way for Mitt Romney? A task force finds that the highly publicized UC Davis pepper-spray incident of peaceful Occupy protestors in November "should and could have been prevented" and is highly critical of the police and chancellor. Movie mogul George Lucas strikes back at angry neighbors in Marin, pulling his plans to build a state-of-the-art production facility in Lucas Valley and suggesting low-income housing for the site instead. Meanwhile, officials scramble to save the Grady Ranch project saying it could bring hundreds of jobs and millions in revenue for the county. Guests: Josh Richman, Bay Area News Group Julie Small, Southern California Public Radio Tom Vacar, KTVU News
