In this excerpt from the Independent Lens special, "Half the Sky," Nicholas Kristof and Gabrielle Union meet Nhi Huynh, a young girl whose father forces her to work every day selling lottery tickets. On a good day she earns the equivalent of four U.S. dollars. A local education organization, Room to Read, is working with Nhi to ensure she stays in school.
