In the studio to discuss the various issues will be Mike Blouin, president of the Greater Dubuque Development Corporation and former congressman of Iowa's 2nd district that once included part of the now 1st district, and Brian Kennedy, an attorney and political consultant who ran for the 1st Congressional District's republican nomination in 2006.
