Ellen Reilly testifies before the U.S. Senate hearing on bullying in schools on June 8, 2012, in Des Moines. Ellen is a Learning Supports Specialist with Davenport (Iowa) Schools. She is the district anti-bullying coordinator and also provides at-risk, homeless and other specialized services in her district of nearly 16,000 students. She has her Masters in Criminal Justice and Organizational Development from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, and is a certified Trauma and Loss School Specialist through the National Trauma and Loss Institute. Ellen has been working in the area of bullying prevention for the last 12 years. She is a certified Olweus Bully Prevention Trainer, having trained over 30 schools in the last 3 years.
