It's a safe bet Native Americans are not at the top of either presidential campaign's top targeted demographic list this election season. But in Montana, they make up 8 percent of the population, and the same voting bloc that helped elect U.S. Senator Jon Tester six years ago could arguably factor in determining which party controls the Senate after Election Day.
