Unlike the 2009 Inauguration, when there were strict limits on big money donations, the Presidential Inaugural Committee for 2013 plans to accept unlimited contributions from individuals and corporations. Judy Woodruff talks to Matea Gold of the Los Angeles Times and Nedra Pickler of the Associated Press about the new rules.
