Former Arizona congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, who was shot in the head by a gunman at a political event in 2011, took the stand at a congressional hearing on gun violence. Gwen Ifill reports on testimony by Giffords, her husband Capt. Mark Kelly, as well as Wayne LaPierre of the National Rifle Association.
