On the May 25 edition of Iowa Press, Iowa statehouse reporters examine the impact of new protections to the state’s gay population provided by changes to the state’s civil rights law. Guests of the program are Chuck Hurley of the Iowa Family Policy Council and Rep. Beth Wessell-Kroeschell, floor manager of the legislation. The guests are questioned by questioned by statehouse reporters, Mike Glover of the Associated Press and David Yepsen of the Des Moines register. Iowa Public Radio’s Dean Borg hosts.
